Actor Bob Odenkirk's former mid-century L.A. home sells for $2.55 million

A onetime home of actor Bob Odenkirk has changed hands again in the hills of Los Feliz.

The updated Midcentury Modern-style house sold for $2.55 million. Naperville native Odenkirk, noted for his roles in “Breaking Bad” and “Better Caul Saul,” previously owned the three-bedroom spot for more than a decade before selling it in 2014 for $2.45 million.

Chicago radio host Garry Meier sells Near East Side condo for $1.75 million

Longtime Chicago radio host Garry Meier and his wife, Cynthia Fircak, on Nov. 29 sold their three-bedroom, 3,014-square-foot condo in a Near East Side high-rise building for $1.75 million.

Meier, 68, was one half of the popular “Steve and Garry” and “Roe and Garry” radio duos, with Steve Dahl and Roe Conn, respectively. Since leaving WGN-AM in 2014, he has launched an online radio show and podcast.

Former Chicago radio host Roma Wade sells Lakeview East condo for $770,000

Former Chicago morning radio host Roma Wade in October sold her three-bedroom, 2,200-square-foot condominium unit in a high-rise on Lake Shore Drive in Lakeview East for $770,000.

For more than 2½ decades, Wade, whose actual name is Roma Wehde, was one half of a top-rated morning talk duo on WLS-AM, along with her husband Don, who died in 2013 at age 72.

WLS-Ch. 7 sports anchor Jim Rose buys Logan Square town home

WLS-Ch. 7 sports anchor and reporter Jim Rose and his wife, Lakesha, paid $805,500 in September for a newly built, three-story town home in Logan Square.

Rose, 64, has been at ABC 7 since 1982 and currently delivers sports reports on the station’s 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts.

Rose and his wife’s new town home is part of a 49-unit development of row homes in a contemporary architectural style.
